1. Nature of the Service

Cookfolio is a personal recipe management application, operated by atech (Sole proprietorship / Entreprise individuelle, SIRET 931 848 618 00019), based in Vannes, France. The service allows users to centralize, organize, and cook their recipes via a web and mobile application.

2. Registration

Using Cookfolio requires creating an account. The user agrees to provide accurate information and to keep their credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must not share your login credentials with third parties.

3. Services Provided

Cookfolio allows you to manage personal recipes, import recipes via artificial intelligence, generate shopping lists, plan meals, and cook in guided step-by-step mode.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Cookfolio offers a limited free plan and a Pro subscription at €4.99/month or €39.99/year (taxes included). All payments are processed by Stripe. Cookfolio does not store any payment information. Subscriptions are automatically renewed. You may cancel at any time from your account settings or the Stripe customer portal. Upon cancellation, Pro access remains active until the end of the current billing period. No prorated refund is issued. Cookfolio reserves the right to modify pricing with 30 days' advance notice.

5. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article L. 221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for contracts for the supply of digital content not provided on a tangible medium whose performance has begun with the consumer's agreement. By subscribing to Pro, the user acknowledges that access to the service is immediate and expressly waives their right of withdrawal.

6. Inactive Accounts

Accounts inactive for more than 9 months may be deleted, unless a subscription is active or recently expired. You may delete your account at any time from the application settings.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this application (code, design, text) is the property of atech, unless otherwise stated. Your subscription grants you a personal, non-transferable right to access the content. Recipes entered by users belong to them.

8. AI Import

Recipes imported via artificial intelligence are automatically generated and may contain errors. Users are invited to verify extracted content before use. Cookfolio cannot be held responsible for inaccuracies in imported recipes.

9. Prohibited Use

You agree not to: redistribute or resell content from the service; attempt to circumvent access restrictions or subscription limits; access the service through automated means (scraping) without authorization; use the service for any unlawful purpose.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law: the service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied; Cookfolio is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the service; Cookfolio is not liable for failures or interruptions in third-party services (Stripe, Google, etc.); Cookfolio's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Service & Terms Modifications

Cookfolio is a project under active development. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. These terms may be updated. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in abusive use. In case of termination for cause, no refund will be provided.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent French courts.

14. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
