1. Purpose

These Terms of Use govern the use of the CookFolio application and the associated website.

2. Registration

Using CookFolio requires creating an account. The user agrees to provide accurate information and to keep their credentials confidential.

3. Services Provided

CookFolio allows you to manage personal recipes, import recipes via artificial intelligence, generate shopping lists, and cook in guided mode.

4. Inactive Accounts

Accounts inactive for more than 6 months will receive a reminder email. After 8 months, a follow-up will be sent. Accounts inactive for more than 9 months may be deleted, unless a subscription is active or recently expired.

5. Intellectual Property

The application content (code, design, text) is protected by intellectual property law. Recipes entered by users belong to them.

6. Liability

CookFolio cannot be held responsible for errors in recipes imported by artificial intelligence. Users are invited to verify extracted content before use.

7. Modification of Terms

CookFolio reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use. Users will be informed of any substantial changes.
